How the Diffuser Line Works

Material Forming
Thermoplastic granules are heated in the extruder. The molten material is shaped into a tubular parison and enclosed by the diffuser mold.
Blowing and Cooling
Compressed air expands the softened plastic inside the mold. The diffuser cools, keeps its shape and is removed for trimming.
Printing and Assembly
The screen printing machine applies decorative patterns. The dosing machine supports consistent smart luminaire assembly operations.
